The 2i’s Coffee Bar

The 2i’s Coffee Bar was the main venue for British Rock music between 1956 and 1970.

It was situated in London’s Soho district, at 59 Old Compton Street, near Piccadily Circus.

It was actually the place where the first british Rock’n’Roll stars  such as Tommy Steele, Cliff Richard, Vince Taylorwere spotted in the late fifties.
